Norm Sabin ImageNorm Sabin joined The Law Offices of Morgan Adams in 2000. He has been practicing as a personal injury attorney in the Georgia and Tennessee for 14 years, focusing in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, common carrier negligence, civil rights, constitutional issues, and contract disputes; said representation including depositions, trial, mediation, and arbitration. Mr. Sabin has extensive experience representing victims of medical negligence, to include emergency room negligence, misdiagnosis of life-threatening conditions, and improper administration of medication, which have resulted in loss of life or life-altering injuries. He has also represented individuals who have been severely and permanently injured in automobile and trucking collisions.

Mr. Sabin is a referral attorney for Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association members and represents aviation clients before administrative bodies, to include the FAA. He has also represented clients in constitutional issues to include issues involving free speech, sanctity of life, and church governance.

Prior to attending law school, Norm was a cockpit crew member in the Air Force Reserve, flying C-141s, and a cockpit crew member for World Airways with extensive operations in the international aviation environment. He holds a Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multi-Engine Ratings, and an Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license. His aeronautical training brings added expertise to his law practice in the areas of aviation law and medical malpractice.

During his tenure at Regent University, he was editor-in-chief of the Law Review, a member of the National Moot Court Team, and co-chairman of the Intramural Moot Court. He was listed in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Norm graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautics.

Mr. Sabin was admitted to practice in Tennessee and U.S. District Court and the Eastern District of Tennessee in 1994, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit in 1997.

Mr. Sabin is a member of the American Association of Justice, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Chattanooga Bar Association. He has previously been a member of the American Bar Association, Aviation Insurance Association, and NTSB Bar Association. He is an Honor Guard member of the Alliance Defense Fund as an affiliate attorney.

Mr. Sabin has taught as an adjunct professor in the Chattanooga State Technical Community College Paralegal Program, as well as Bryant College Aspire Undergraduate program. He has also made presentations to other lawyers in CLE programs in the Chattanooga area.

Norm Sabin is married to Patricia and has three children, Daris, Kelsey, and Zak, and two grandchildren, Joshua and Madyson. Although not as active in athletics as in his earlier life, Norm still enjoys golf and other outdoor activities.
